Misty was surrendered to the shelter because her family found that they couldn't afford her. She is active but easy to amuse - likes to chase and pounce on tennis balls. She also likes chewing on raw hides and has learned to sit for treats.

At her previous home she had a husky friend and several cat companions that she usually ignored, but occasionally chased. She'll probably be OK with dog-smart cats but might not be a good 1st dog for a family's resident cats.

Misty loves to play soccer and is very demanding of attention. She can get loud if it isn't given freely here at the shelter. She would do really well with another canine companion to help keep her entertained. She plays very well with others and does good with dogs near her size or bigger. If you are looking for a companion to your energetic dog here she is.
